It contains a special blend of shade-tolerant grasses including Hard Fescue, Strong and Slender Creeping Red Fescue, and Browntop Bent, which offer excellent drought resistance and a fine textured finish. This mix does not include ryegrass, ensuring a softer, more ornamental lawn.
