How do I place an order?
  • Simply browse our products, add your favourites to the cart, and follow the checkout instructions.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
What are your delivery times?
  • We dispatch orders Monday–Sunday, 9am–5pm. Most UK orders arrive within 2-5 working days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
  • Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to amend your order. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible.

2. Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
  • You may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
  • Perishable items like seeds or live plants can only be returned if faulty or damaged.
How do I request a refund?
  • Contact our support team with your order number. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned items.
Who pays for return shipping?
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or damaged.

  • Absolutely! We oAer many products in smaller sizes to save money and reduce waste.

Do I need an account to order?
  • No, you can check out as a guest, but creating an account makes future purchases faster.
What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept all major debit and credit cards and secure online payment options available at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
  • Yes. All payment details are processed securely via trusted payment providers. We do not store card information on our website.
